Mehendi is the traditional art of henna painting in India. Mehendi or Henna is a paste made from dried, ground henna leaves that is bought in a cone shaped tube to create beautiful designs on hands and feet. Traditional Indian designs are of represented through this fine form of art- by Ms Joyoti.
The Sumi Naga Warrior Dance is a dance depicting might and power by victorious warriors through the ages, thus, Aphilo Kuwo is called a 'Victory Dance. Performed after the battle to celebrate victory, it also symbolizes thanksgiving to God to bless them with wealth, strength and power. The dance is led by Mr. G. Shikato Shohe.
Yoga performed by Guru Ganesh Prasad and Ms Deepa Bisht from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, a premier yoga institute under the department of Ayush, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
